These are the Terms and Conditions for the use of www.sridemobility.com, an e-commerce website owned and operated by SriDe Mobility. By using this Site, users indicate that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. The Terms and Conditions cover intellectual property, user contributions, accounts, sale of mobility scooters and electric scooters, user goods and services, payments, shipping and delivery, refunds, cancellations, and returns.

SriDe Mobility owns all content on the Site, including text, images, logos, documents, and downloadable files related to mobility scooters and electric scooters. Users can post public comments but must agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions. Users who create an account must be responsible for the security and privacy of their account, and all personal information must be up to date and accurate. SriDe Mobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on the Site, including mobility scooters, electric scooters, and related accessories. The accuracy of information, descriptions, or images provided about goods is not legally binding, and users agree to purchase mobility scooters and electric scooters from the Site at their own risk. SriDe Mobility reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders and provide refunds if necessary.

Users can sell goods and services on the Site, but SriDe Mobility does not assume responsibility for the quality or accuracy of these goods and services. Payments on the Site can be made via credit card, PayPal, debit, direct debit, or Affirm, and users authorize the use of their payment instrument. SriDe Mobility may cancel or reverse a transaction if it violates the law or these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery of mobility scooters and electric scooters will take place as soon as possible depending on the delivery method selected, and delivery times may vary. Users must pay delivery charges in addition to the price of goods. If goods are being delivered outside the United States, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which the user is responsible for paying.

Refund requests for mobility scooters and electric scooters must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for unauthorized returns, but shipping may be covered by factory warranty on authorized returns involving operational factory defects. The FTC’s Buyer’s remorse rule is not applicable for online orders. SriDe Mobility will not be held liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Users must request a return and receive a return shipping label from SriDe Mobility.
