SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer the following shipping and delivery options:
Domestic Shipping
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders for mobility scooters and electric scooters within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your item has been handed to the delivery carrier, we will send you a tracking number.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping time for mobility scooters and electric scooters is 2-6 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential delays caused by the shipping provider. SriDe Mobility is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order for mobility scooters or electric scooters is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
RETURNS
We accept returns for mobility scooters and electric scooters within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition. DELAYED ORDERS
If we experience delays in processing your order for mobility scooters or electric scooters, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. However, SriDe Mobility is not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier to check the status of your item.
DAMAGED ORDERS
SriDe Mobility is not responsible for lost or damaged mobility scooters and electric scooters after they have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. Therefore, any unauthorized items for air shipment, including certain mobility scooters or electric scooters, may require a different shipping method.
